i havent gotten my period in 4 months wtf i get awfull mood swings, and i just dont kno what to do

Ok. Don't freak out. First of all take a home pregnancy test if you are sexually active. If it's negative, then see your MD. It probably is normal. It kinda depends on your age and what's going on. Some examples of what it could be: if you are really active or dieting, you can definately go w/o a period. Exercise is very common to decrease and stop periods. If you're body weight is too low, you might be skipping periods. Next thing: it could be something causing an obstruction....i.e. if you've have a D&C or baby before, it's possible that there could be scarring preventing the period from coming out (usually associated w/ pain). Next thing: could be a hormone imbalance w/ your thyroid. Next thing: if you're taking birth control, that could mess up your periods and it's common to go w/o one for a long time (Birth control pills, depo shot, IUD)...ETC...the list goes on and on. Just relax take a home preg test and go see your doctor. It's probably fine.

i guess u have considered the thought that maybe u r preggy but of course thats just one of many possibilities (i don't intend to bring u down if u dont wana be preggy)... i think the best solution is go see a doctor n find out what it is first...
