Make a new PST.
Open the PST and attach it to her email.
Copy all the stuff within Outlook.
Detach the PST.
Then open the PST from your email account, all the stuff will be there. This circumvents all the network, security and naming issues.

dont worry about outlook try and get a copy of IncrediMail shts all over it and looks better to
