crunchyroll.com (they have a lot of anime although the quality isnt too good. it also won't let you see the ones that are under license)
tv-links.co.uk (pretty good but sometimes the links are dead or they dont have it)
veoh.com (really good quality, one of my favorite online video sites. It has practically everything)
dailymotion.com (pretty good quality almost as good as veoh. if you cant find something on veoh it will probably be here)
animefever.org (on the animes they have, they have practically all the episodes but if they dont have it, they dont have it. plus, you can only watch a few every hour unless your willing to donate money)
