Yeah no one's stopped to think that maybe his wife did it, or those who think he did it they are only saying "poor child" as if his wife didn't matter.

Well... same reason I would ask you why you guys are so confident he did the crime if you have no idea if there's actual proof or not! People like you are jumping to conclusion, no real proof has been released yet, so are you involved in the investigation? Don't think so.
but going back to the main question, I totally agree with you! I think the reason these people believe what the cops also believe so much is because they probably rely on the media for everything!

The loss of Chris Benoit is a great shame, but I agree that everyone is jumping to conclusions as to what has happened to Benoit and his family. The investigaters are investigating it as a homicide but there will not be any answers to what happened until an autopsy has been performed tomorrow and the toxicology reports come back in 2 weeks.
It could be proven that Benoit did do it. It could be proven that he didn't do it. Maybe Benoit didn't do it but investigaters are saying they did so they can get their 15 minutes of fame or further their careers like the DA from Raleigh did to the Duke lacrosse players.
Until all of the details pertaining to this case is released, I will not hold any judgement and will continue to mourn the loss of Chris Benoit, his wife Nancy, and their son Daniel.

I copied that from the wwe site. They claim they know more about it but that the police asked them not to divulge the information until they tell them to.
Why would the police care about publicity? If anything, they would hold up longer if there was even a chance he DIDN'T do it! Get real - he is a coward murderer!
Imagine for one second that you are that man's child and you look into the eyes of the person who is killing you and the person you see is your own daddy! Kind of puts it in perspective doesn't it? May God rest the soul of that innocent child. My heart bleeds for him!
