Yes, as other people already said it is possible. Just like to add that both genitalia though are never fully functional. Depends on which is more developed. A woman can have both a penis and vagina with a womb and ovaries but no testicles, or the testes don't produce sperm. A man may have a penis and vagina but no ovaries or womb. So you can't be fully asexual. It's never happened.

ya i 4 got wat its called but ciara the hip hop artist had this wen she was little and ithinktheir parets get to choose wat gender the want their kid 2 be.
