According to a report on WAGA-TV, investigators believe Chris Benoit killed his wife and son at some point over the weekend, and then killed himself earlier today.

They reported first hearing from a concerned neighbor and that the three bodies were found in separate rooms.

Detective Bo Turner told the staion the case was being investigated as a murder-suicide, but it could not be confirmed until the evidence was examined by a crime lab.

Sources in the Fayette County Police Department are now working under the theory that Chris Benoit killed Nancy on Saturday, son Daniel on Sunday, and then killed himself earlier today.

Benoit was found dead in his weight room. Nancy was found dead in the living room. Daniel was found dead in his bedroom, accordig to an unnamed source in the department.

Lt. Tommy Pope told ABC News "the instruments of death were located on the scene," but didn't specify what those were or where they were found. Pope said the department was not actively searching for any suspects outside the house.

On Chris benoit they will not be releasing any information on anything till the autopsy results are completed and exact cause of death is determined

And they have to keep the family he has left in the loop as well so they will most likely be the first to get that information as it should be

he is survived by his ex wife and his son David and His Daughter Megan

He had his first child with Nancy Daus-Sullivan together on February 25, 2000, a son named Daniel Christopher Benoit. Benoit has a son, David, and a daughter, Megan from his ex-wife.

As to all the rumors plz stop spreading them wait for the official results cause all it's doing is bringing down and disrepsecting the memory of him and his family both the one that passed away with him

What a freaking weirdo, serioulsly this guy needs to stay his lifestyles not somebody elses (expenses). i will admit in some photos he does look as though invoice, yet whilst he says on the interview, taht his dream is to be independant and prform in different international places, nicely you cant be independant while you're copying someones type, i in my opinion dont understand what else to declare, yet this newborn needs to get a lifestyles.

Benoit is not Sherri's husband. He killed his wife, who used to be a valet called "woman" on wcw and his innocent son. Can you imagine looking into the eyes of the person who is murdering you and seeing your DADDY? That poor little boy. God hold him close and keep him safe for eternity!
