Hi, im 15 years old and for the start of the summer I would like to find a New york acting studio/school that I can go to, i want to become big but like all actors i gotta start small, so does anyone kno of a good school to go to PREFERABLE that is CHEAP meaning not alot of money but a good school, any help, thnx

The Ward Studio in NY has an excellent 6-Week intensive training program, but I warn you that it is intense. Have a look at this link to find out more. I've written it already and there is no need to write it again. Just go to this link and find out about the program and my experience there:

Well it really depends on how much time you are willing to spend acting. If you are "like all actors" (because you obviously know what all actors are like), and want to become a big star, it really sounds like you are not dedicated enough to go to some of the programs out there. Only become an actor for the craft, not some bullshit like to become famous.

NYFA has a high school program that's only a couple weeks long, I don't know about pricing though. Also if you wanted to look outside of the city University of the Arts has a good pre college program as well and they provide housing.
