You go straight to the person and let them know what they have done to hurt you. It is always important to tell a person that they have done something to you. You all will either talk it out like adults or they will not admit what they have done. But at least the person knows that they have hurt you. If you can't work it out then stop dealing with the person until you all can come to some sort of understanding.

I agree with the person who said to turn to God.
Yeah,
It happens,
but when you turn to God,
You feel way better about the situation,
and won't really worry about it
It all works out with Him.
You start a relationship with God,
and then you ask him what you want,
and you'll get it.
You'll get your dear ones back.

I think venting is a good plan just let it all out. I like to smash things when I'm venting, I have a room in my house just for smashing things. I buy boxes of cheap junk furniture etc. Then I set it up so it looks like a decorated room. I return later with my bat and go to work its great smashing things.
