It's funny that you mention Dagmar. My best friend was bored awhile ago and decided to look in my baby names book for really hideous names. She came up with Taffy Jontavius for a boy and Dagmar Thorberta for a girl. It really is a rather harsh, unfeminine, ugly name.

I like it.
it might depend on where you live though.
a lot of people in Slovenia and Slovakia and Croatia have names name Kasimer and Nadege.

If you're living in America, you might wanna go for something a little less drastic. All the kids in school these days are jerks.

Oh, please, don't name your child that. Or at least give him a middle name he can actually use. Maybe he could grow into Dagmar. Oh, but I doubt it. Sorry

It is really an ugly name. Pick something not so unusual.
