It was from Star Trek V: The Final Frontier. Sybok was Spock's half brother and he went around trying to get people to share their pain with him so he could help them release it. Great film!

I do believe it was in the 1995 film " Star Trek: First Contact" directed by hottie # 2 (Jonathan Frakes) and it is dialogue between the Borg Queen (Alice Krige) and Captain Picard (Patrick Stewart)
