According to a report on WAGA-TV, investigators believe Chris Benoit killed his wife and son at some point over the weekend, and then killed himself earlier today.

They reported first hearing from a concerned neighbor and that the three bodies were found in separate rooms.

Detective Bo Turner told the staion the case was being investigated as a murder-suicide, but it could not be confirmed until the evidence was examined by a crime lab.

Sources in the Fayette County Police Department are now working under the theory that Chris Benoit killed Nancy on Saturday, son Daniel on Sunday, and then killed himself earlier today.

Benoit was found dead in his weight room. Nancy was found dead in the living room. Daniel was found dead in his bedroom, accordig to an unnamed source in the department.

Lt. Tommy Pope told ABC News "the instruments of death were located on the scene," but didn't specify what those were or where they were found. Pope said the department was not actively searching for any suspects outside the house.

I agree with kyle in that speculation like this is just dragging his name down in that there is nothing official out

It's all speculation right now in that the police are not releasing any details so for heavens sakes don't jump leap and hop to conclusions

Right now all they are sayin is that the deaths are being treated as a homocide

There is speculation the other way but that is all it is speculation right now

I think that they are bringing his name down and they should put in there that it's only speculation so people don't draw the conclusions that they are

For pete's sake wait for the offical results from the proper authorites to come out they are doing there job but at this point he could have been murdered and lots of questions and answers i have seen are painting him out to be a murderer

Think about it that doesn't make sense for someone to kill his family and then wait 2 days to kill himself instead of relying on pure speculation use your head

Have some respect for the family that he has lef Like his other 2 kids

I for one am gonna miss him

i dont think he did that, but he couldve been too pressured, or depressed. that couldve caused him to want to commit suicide, then he probably thought that his family wouldnt be able to handle the loss. who knos? no one knos what happened yet.
