Absolutely! If I am not ordering a smoothie from anywhere else, then I am at home making my own smoothies. Thanks to my VitaMix, I make smoothies all the time and everyone in my family loves them! Plus, they are much more healthier than soda pop, chips, or candy.

smoothie's are good and everyone at any age are allowed and should be forced to drink them! they can also be really healthy too so why not?
