the embarrassing details aren't a problem.
It's the incriminating ones I leave out if possible

I tell them everything. They are professionals and have seen/ heard it all. And they need to know everything to get the ridgt diagnosis. There is a thing called Patient Doctor Priveleges

i tell the doctor everything. its dumb to pay a professional 90+ dollars a visit. and then not let him diagnose you correctly. besides, sometimes its the small details that make the difference between being able to tell if its a cold or cancer.

I try to tell them everything, because it is important. Even if it is embarassing, I can almost guarantee that it they've heard it before. Plus, there's something called patient-doctor confidentiality. So, they can't really share your "embarassing details" with other people.

I normally leave out embarassing details....but when im extremely concerned bout the problem I swallow my pride and tell the embarassing details as quick as I can talk!!

no...i leave the embarrassing details out. i'm not going to disclose all my issues. although, it's definitely something that i need to work on.

If the things are too embarrassing, I will not disclose it to doctor.

Well, if it is really important I tell them no matter how embarassing, but I do not always tell them everything, probably should but I hate going as it is.
