I use Corel Painter IX and a Wacom Tablet. You take the picture and place a onion skin layer over it, then you trace the picture. It's similar to rotoscoping.

There are two ways.

1. Copying and pasting.
Rightclick on the picture and click on Copy picture. Then go to paint with a blank page, and where it says 'edit' click on that. Then press paste. And There ya go.

2. Saving it.
Okay, just rightclick on the picture and press "Save as". Then rename or just leave it. Press save. Then go to paint. Then go to file>Open. Then look for your picture. click on it and then press 'open.' There you go. All finished. ;D

Well you have to save them first and then go to paint click on "Open" and your pic should be in your "My Pictures" folder.
