I'm assuming you meant your eye stings, and that is a natural reaction to something in the water. The only way to overcome this is by either naturally not being affected, or just training your eyes to be used to opening under water. P.S. Don't try this in salt water...please.

Get tinted googles for those stinking eyes. Better yet, get goggles instead.

Hate to say this but... you probably should wear goggles. There is nothing else I could think of about that. It's either wear goggles or let your eyes sting!
