i was waiting at a red light, when all of a sudden a other car hit my car in the rear end. the other driver admited that it his fault. i will get paid for the car, however, my wife not only that she really hurt herself, she also dreams and lucinates during the night in her dreams that both of our precious children where hurt and god forbit she sees her self by thier funeral.
i took her to consoling, but i need help to find a good lawer to sue the insurance for the damage it had caused her. she also suffers from back pain non stop. could you please refar me to a good lawewr or answer me if you have any idea how and when i need to work in this situation.

ITS NOT JUST A LAWYER YOU NEED. YOU HAVE TO HAVE A DOCTOR TO TESTIFY TO THIS MEDICAL CONDITION. ONLY EXPERT WITTINESS CAN TESTIFY ABOUT A MEDICAL CONDITION IN A COURT OF LAW. AND THIS DOCTORS TESTIMONY IS NOT CHEAP. THIS IS ALSO A PERSONAL INJURY CASE AND IS NOT PROTECTED ABOUT HOW MUCH A ATTORNEY CAN CHARGE. AND THESE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT ARE BEING SUED ARE NOT JUST GOING TO LET YOU LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER.

There should be a good lawyer in your area. Tell us where you live and someone on here should know. Where I live there are lawyers advertising all of the time - saying they will represent people in personal injury cases (which this would be). See a lawyer first then he or she will tell you what you need to get from the doctors.
