Even soulless McMahon has to feel a little guilty about faking his death now that Benoit has offed himself.

What is this "it's part of the storyline" nonsense. Vince writes the storyline. He should have known that faking his death would be in poor taste.
After Eddie died, many people tried to be all "smart fan" about it and claim that the death wasn't legit. When VInce fakes his death, that gives creedence to people making those kinds of claims when a wrestler dies for real. He shouldn't have gone there.

He couldn't have known Benoit would do that! No one did! If they did know that he was capable of something like that they would have done something. Anyone would. Problem is that most of the time people aren't aware of people's plans. What a coward he was to kill his wife and his innocent child! He would have been off killing himself and leaving them alive. Now he'll burn for sure!
