Leave it in the past. What's done is done, besides, what control did you have over her/his decision. None. You have nothing to explain or prove. Get on with life.

Let's see. You could see a therapist about being molested for years by a man behind a woman's skin, you were traumatized, you couldn't sleep and wake up crying every night.
More importantly, you can't bear being touched by a woman now as all you see is a hairy man with mustache. And when you see a man on the street, all you see is actually a woman with breasts. Your life is so very screwed up. So you get to sue your ex and have the new him castrated!! And you ask your current girlfriend to blindfold you in bed.
That should do it.

How on earth did your girlfriend find this out? Did you tell her yourself? Why???!!!!! You should never have told your girlfriend or anyone else about her/him. That's not the sort of thing you would ever want anyone anywhere to know about for any reason whatsoever. I cannot imagine a more embarrassing or shameful event from a man's past.
From now on you tell everyone that your wife died, period! And make sure nobody on Yahoo can ever discover your real identity after posting this question. In fact if I were you I would delete this question right now then delete my entire Yahoo account altogether and leave no trace of myself ever having posted on here.

I'm not sure I understand the question. Why does it matter that your ex is now a male? Is he/she still in your life or something? I mean, they call it an ex for a reason....you need to leave the past behind.

Don't look at it as a past mistake, it is one of your life experiences and you and she have taken very different paths. If anyone says anything just say that was part of your past, you don't have to explain another persons decisions in their life.

We all learn from our mistakes. Thus, there's nothing to DO about your past. It over and done. Leave it that way.

What do you mean 'do'? Is there anything you have to do? You divorced him right? Move on with life.

i'm not sure what you mean about "do" about your past mistake. are you speaking legally or morally? you mention the law, so are you speaking about finanical things? if your girlfriend knows about it, what is the problem? please be more specific. click "add details" and refine your question, please.
