yes, it's real... I see it everytime I get pulled over... I saw a cop use his baton through a window because the guy wasn't there to serve him. He was pulling the box to the window...

i think ur watchin really OLD TV! haha the cops in CA used to hang out at Winchells Donuts ALL THE TIME! Some years ago, something happened (lunatics cant tink DAT far back!) and now NO COPS hang out ANYWHERE! but i think they still do, with the mailman when he finishes his route too soon... maybe he brings da cop some donuts..hidin in the alleys or somewhere..cuz thier cars are parked all over the place and there is no cop in them... hehe

I'm sure they eat donuts, but not on the regular basis as seen on TV. Usually it's fast food or something quick. However I hope I'll never have to find out personally.

That is Profiling, and Cops don't do that; they only eat donnats when they are near a backery!!....
Now uf you knew that in the next few minutes some body could pull out a gun and shot u, wouldn't u at least have some sweet teast out of life?

Maybe they don't always eat the donuts, but they spend a lot of time around donut shops. Could be there's just good coffee there. ;o)

during my tenure at a convenience store, first as a 3rd shift clerk, and then as manager Our local police were encouraged to stop in, and have a cup of coffee on *the house*. They were great at accepting this gesture, but I never knew of them eating donuts along with their coffee, or alone.

The suburban cops do. When they aren't giving out jaywalking tickets or helping old ladies cross the street, what are they doing? Chowing down on some confectionary pleasures.

I think so,where I come from I think the donut shop gives them free coffee and donuts but i could be wrong.

Prob just watching too much TV. lol. i have a friend who is a cop and he says that's all bull. I did see a funny bumper sticker today. it said "bad cop..no donut"

I saw one in the store yesterday and he had 3 boxes of them. Must have been for a meeting or he was very hungry!
