It's a Long Shot...But... Whats this Movie?
Okay...It was from late 90's early 2000... There is a mom and a daughter (they dont get along at all) and (the daughter is a pretty bruntette) they move around alot. The daughter is like 15, and has sex with this cute blonde guy (who gets on her nerves) just to make her mom mad. I can't think of anymore... but it's really bugging me!

lt reminds me of Anywhere But Here. l can't recall the daughter sleeping with a blonde guy but l do remember the mother and daughter moving around a lot and was even cut-off of electricity for non-payment. The pretty brunette is Natalie Portman.
