Puffers do not get "pregnant", they are egg layers and must have a male present when the eggs are laid to have them fertilized. If your female is at least 6" long, she is old enough to spawn. However I could not find any info on breeding in the home aquarium.
Water conditions must also be perfect. As I understand it, they need mild brackish water when they are young, medium brackish when young adults and almost pure seawater when they are mature adults.
Feeding is also important. Once a day as youngsters, every other day as young adults and every 3rd or 4th day as adults. Small snails, ghost shrimp and other small crustaceans are what they need to be in condition to spawn.
Here is a web site with good info on them:

Good luck, let me know if they spawn for you.

I highly doubt your puffer is pregnant. It is very difficult to breed them & they need perfect conditions for that. But when a green puffer is pregnant you can tell by her stomach it's big and she will have a black spot near the place she poops and dont feed her for 2 days too make sure if she is pregnant or not, or she might be eating alot.

Im guessing your little puffer has a bulgy stomach? its full. and 8 in the corner just gave you all the info you need to know.
Also if you do have 2, they grow 6 in and get a 55g+ brackish water tank.
I feel bad for them because they are kept in small freshwater tank and they die at 4" and people wonder why,
