One way to learn it quickly is to download the computer version, Risk II. I can't remember the name of the download site, but if you Google "Risk" or "Risk II," you'll find it.

that game is waaay too complicated to describe on here. you basically start with your men in various countries and try to take over all the other ones. look in the intruction book and if you dont have that, google intructions
