Well there's some recent news that Dick Cheney doesnt believe that he is a part of the executive branch because occasionally he's a tie breaker in Congress. Although it clearly says in the Constitution that the Vice President is part of the executive branch. My logic is, he's not in the Supreme Court so he's not in the judicial branch. He's not a senator or representative, so he's not in the legistlative. Therefore he's obviously in the executive, unless he thinks that he suddenly has the power to create his own 4th branch. Anybody want to possibly explain how Cheney can possibly think he's not part of the executive branch?

Cheney can't think. All he can do is shoot his friends in the face or make his corporate buddies obscenely wealthy by giving them juicy government contracts in a 'war' that's all about OIL and WAR PROFITEERING. -RKO- 06/25/07

The constitution clearly states he is in the executive branch with the President, he also takes over if the President cannot perform his duties. People in the executive branch can be impeached, a Vice President can be impeached. Read all of Article II of the Constitution. It is interesting. There is no way he can talk his way out of this one, unless of course Bush has another signing statement attatched to something, which would have been illegal.

He's just trying to buy time so they won't find the Evidence that will get him and Bush Impeached!! They don't respect the order of the U.S. government and sure as heck don't care that they are making America look bad in the process!!
Someone needs to remind them that the RULES DO APPLY for them as well!!!
I guess he assumed since polls made to random Americans on the streets.. that said almost 50% of those random Americans didn't even know the Vice Presidents name, I guess they assume American's don't care because they aren't Involved!

dick cheney has his head to far up his own *** to even know the legal system in America. To him, Haliburton, bombing brown ppls and not dying of a heart attack are his criteria for life, screw Democracy
