Well there's some recent news that Dick Cheney doesnt believe that he is a part of the executive branch because occasionally he's a tie breaker in Congress. Although it clearly says in the Constitution that the Vice President is part of the executive branch. My logic is, he's not in the Supreme Court so he's not in the judicial branch. He's not a senator or representative, so he's not in the legistlative. Therefore he's obviously in the executive, unless he thinks that he suddenly has the power to create his own 4th branch. Anybody want to possibly explain how Cheney can possibly think he's not part of the executive branch?
