I don't know if the wii has internal memory like an xbox or whatever. do i have to purchase a memory card? if so what kind

It has internal memory, but also can read SD memory which you can use to play MP3's in your games, upload photos, etc.

Yes it does but not much it only has like 512 mib of flash memory. There are rumors that nintendo might be coming out with an external harddrive but hard to tell. Wait to e3 to find out it starts july 11 and its for 3 days i think.

they have a pretty big internal memory so u don't have to worry about memory chips for a while, they take sd chips and r mainly used for putting music and pics on u're wii

only memory card needed is for gamecube games, it is otherwise internal
