you can scream and yell it
but until your sister realize it for herself, then that's when she will do something about it.
i know it is killing you to her go through this, but just be supportive and not judgemental when she talks to you. she is going to need you when she opens her eyes and is ready to accept that she is being treated like trash.
stay strong for her because she needs you.
she is in a domestic violent relationship and the most dangerous time for her is when she decides to leave.

Wow you're in a tough spot. I'm taking it your sister doesn't see how he treats her at all. I would sit her down and just let her know that you're going to tell her this because you love her and you want to see her happy and you worry sometimes because you see how her husband treats her and tries to control her and you're afraid he may try to take it further one day and you don't want anything to happen to her. So when you her this you also tell her you will be there to help her and support her if she would decide to leave him. Good Luck and I hope everything turns out ok. You're such a great brother.

This situation could get dangerous over time for your sister. Do you really think it would hurt her feelings if you told her that you care for her safety and happiness?
I think you should have a talk with her then beat the snot out of her husband and maybe scare him so much that he would not treat her that way anymore.
I think it's wonderful that you care for your sis.

I wouldn't worry about hurting her feelings. He is a control freak and people like that are capable of hurting more than feelings. I don't know why women put up with guys like this.

it is a sad situation but unfortunately your in a position where you want to protect her but she may not be ready to be protected, when she gets tired she will leave, with him acting like this now she needs to be careful cause he will eventually go overboard, chances are he does not want her to go out cause he knows he can't even trust his self when he goes out. most abuse starts out as verbal and then escalates into something worse, tell her to contact the domestic violence hotline at 1-800-799 safe

Sorry, there is really nothing you can tell your sister. It is better to not get involved in this. However, should your sister ever need help, be there for her and make sure she knows it.

I think that you should have a talk to your sister and if she tells you things are fine then you need to stay out of it. this is her life and not yours. Let her live it.

If she's unable to see it for herself, there's nothing you can do or say to convince her. She needs to understand that she should be treated with respect. Which says she needs to have respect for herself.

you can say it until you are both blue in the face but it won't change anything untill she realizes it herself.
