I mean I watched his whole dramtic exit on the night of his appreciation but I know WWE can be dramatic at times, but was it all staged for sympathy reason?

No Vince Mcmahon is not dead if you watched Raw today he was there. He said that it was supposed to be a storyline, but instead they can't continue it because Chris Benoit is dead
