They keep saying by the end of the week, but according to "experts" he should have been traded, released or whatever 4 or 5 times now. When and where will he be playing again?

I really don't know. I guess the Jaguars have a good chance, I believe they showed some interest in him. The Chiefs may also be interested(though this is my opinion based on nothing, other than the Chiefs need a good back-up).
I can tell you one thing, his career is just about over.

I think the hearing goes in his favor and he gets released and signs with Jacksonville. However, I have said many times that it would be pretty funny if somehow Atlanta signed him as insurance to Vick getting suspended. Culpepper would once again be putting Joey Harrington out of a job...
But my pick is Jacksonville, even though I don't think they need more QB's at this point.

He will recieve a phone call from the Falcons about 5 mins after Micheal Vick gets suspended.

Where: Some team that's desperate.
He's still not healthy and it's too late to learn another teams offense. Miami might be better suited to keep him around as insurance at this point. They can always resume trade talks or simply just cut him after the season.
