What about an American Express gift card that can be used anywhere like a real credit card. They are fairly new, but i've seen them at Wal-Mart.
Instead of a gift, would you prefer she treat you to a girls day out? Maybe a spa, lunch/movie or a shopping trip. That would be a gift for you and her.

well it sounds like you have all things that girls your age want and more...as you said you dont want your mom to give you something you dont like or want.which is understandable, maybe you could give rather then receive i know its your birthday but sometimes its better doing the opposite...maybe you could help out at a center for kids, go read to kids at a hospital, clean out what you dont want anymore and give it to less fortunate. you seem great full for having the items you have so why not make someone else's day by doing something great for them. just a suggestion
