how do you apply your eyeliner? Do you put it on top and bottom? Do you have big eyes or small eyes?? Do you think it looks better on top and bottom? How do you wear it on a daily basis...i wear it on top and bottom on a daily basis.

well i usually put it just below my bottom eye lash and i make it travel up to the top, but deffinetly not on the top, i think that looks bad, i sorta do the little line to make my eyes look wider since they are on the round side. i get lots of compliments on how pretty my eyes are.

I wear it on the top lash line and on the bottom to about the middle of my eye on a daily basis. I have small eyes so this makes them appear bigger and widder set. I only wear it on the top and bottom when I'm going out at night, otherwise it looks a little trashy. To apply, I hold the outside of my eyelid taught and then trace very close to my lashes. This makes sure that the line is smooth and natural looking. When applying to the bottom, I I bend my chin towards my chest and look up into the mirror and trace the bottom. One more thing, unless you have dark eyes, I recommend a brown eyeliner for most days to look the best. If you have blue, like me, gray is excellent and makes the blue really pop.

i put it on the top and the bottom and i have big eyes....i think it looks good on the top and the bottom but if ur going for a more natural look i just wear it lightly on the bottom....for a daily basis i wear it on the top and bottom

Eyeliner looks different and should be applied differently on different shaped eyes and it depends on the person. Some ppl where it on the top, some on the bottow and some on both. If u want an extreme very mystic deep eye look then u wear it on both...it u want a kind of sleak and sexy look u will wear it on the top.

I put a very thin line on the bottem of my eyes, then put it alittle darker on my top lid. I take my white eyeliner and put it in the corners of my eyes. Then I smudge it with a q-tip. I use the twisting one so I don't have to sharpen it, so much easier. I have small eyes so the white helps make them larger. I think it looks good on the top and bottem, but only if the bottem has a very thin line, and is a light colour.

Well, I wear mine on the bottom. I think it looks best. If you put it on top & bottom, it looks too dark. & gives your eyes an "I got punched in the eye and the bruise is healing" effect.

i use a pencil i wear it on both top and bottom on a daily basis i think it looks better on both but sometime i just wear it on top uder my eyelashes when i dont feel like wearing too much make up.

well...personally i think that if you put eyeliner on both top and bottom..you look like your from the circus..so i would advise going with just the top...but then again..if you have really small eyes..top and bottom would make them lok fuller and bigger..but if you have bigger eyes definately go with just the top...it also depends on your eye color..this might sound crazy, but if you have darker eyes i think the just the top, or both top and bottom might work for you...but if you have light eyes...just do the top...you can see if depends on two things eye color and size..here i lay it out for you:
green eyes/ small- just top
green eyes/ big- just top
brown eyes/ small- top and bottom OR just top
brown eyes/ large- just top
blue eyes/ small- just top
blue eyes/ large- just top
black eyes/ small- top and bottom OR just top
black eyes/ large- just top
you get it dont you?? i would also say NEVER put it only on the bottom!! good luck

well you can wear it on top and bottom but i dont really think it looks good on top. i usually wear it on the bottom. i cannot even walk out of my house without eyeliner on! i know its sounds weird but its true.

when i want to go "Glam", i wear the classic/retro cat's eye (thick black liquid liner swept across the top lasline and flared out a little in the outer corrner) look (like Marilyn Monroe and Christina Aguilera). When i want to look kind of Goth, i put black pencil all around my outer lids and smear it a little (like Marilyn Manson). But i usually use black pencil on my inner lids (below upper lashline,above bottom lashline) to bring out my small eyes and make them pop (like Avril Lavigne)
