Ive been making my animations in dogwaffle so far and was thinking of making a short MS paint.The only problem is i dont think i can get my shots to get slower than .001 pics per sec. Anyone know good imagesoftware that can make a slideshow fast?Also the animation is going to have slower parts and faster parts so iwas wondering if i could do this in WMM

Jasc Animation Shop (off of Paint Shop Pro) has a set up for time between pictures overall, but each individual frame can have that time changed. The fastest is 1/100th second per frame. The slowest is 32767/100 seconds per frame (327.67 seconds) You complain about 1000 seconds per frame, but who would want to sit around waiting for the next frame? In any case, you can use the duplicate frame feature, and assign max time to each one, so 3 pictures would take 1000 seconds (alright 981... seconds)
