I have used all kinds of store bought products and in combinations. Plus have used clay and erasure(mr.clean)

Vinegar or CLR

Tried white vinegar yet?
It's great to clean out hard water stains from coffee makers. Maybe it'll work in your trailer.

CLR is also a good product to clean water spots.

if you can get to home depot tomorrow buy CLR or Oxy Clean. They work well on tough stains and spots. Mix it with warm water.

your going to want to use medium grit rubbing compound and a slow speed buffer with a polishing bonnet on it,just remember its always better to do 2 light cuts than one heavy one,if that dosent work you might have to wet sand them off but thats a last resort

have you used a rubbing compound. I would have figured that the mr. clean eraser would have removed it, but guess it can't remove that hard water stain.
