What exactly can happen to an austronaut if his protecting suit gets broken or if he's exposed to the outer space without one. What are the consequences and if he's killed how exactly would he die?

An astronaut would likely die of hypoxia. See the web site below - pretty good discussion of the topic.

There's lots going on in such a situation. If exposed, is the exposure sudden? Think about sudden temperature changes combined with a sudden loss of atmosphere and associated pressure. An astronaut would feel like he was trying to explode from the inside out while freezing to death. Another situation would be bleeding to death from the inside out. It would be like taking way too much aspirin. The blood would leak out of blood vessels. What would kill first? Lack of oxygen probably, but not definitely. The cold might kill first. No matter, dead is dead. There may be other things to consider.
