Here's the link to the 1996 Chicago White Sox lineup. But the White Sox never traded anyone to the Reds in 1996. So I'm not sure who your looking for exactly.

1996 White Sox

pitcher // starts
Wilson Alvarez, 35
Alex Fernandez, 35
Kevin Tapani, 34
James Baldwin, 28
Joe Magrane, 8
Luis Andujar, 5
Jason Bere, 5
Kirk McCaskill, 4
Mike Sirotka, 4
Mike Bertotti, 2
Scott Ruffcorn, 1
Marvin Freeman, 1

Of all these pitchers, only Bere later played for Cincinnati. He was released by the White Sox in July 1998, signed by the Reds a few days later, then released by the Reds in August 1999. Continued kicking about for a few more seasons (last played in 2003) but never lived up to the promise he'd showed in his first two years.

The only other pitcher in that timeframe that I can identify who played for the White Sox and later the Reds is Jeff Shaw, who also went to Cincinnati as a free agent and not by trade. CWS 1995, CIN 1996-98.
