Because they don't care that their toes are nasty, they have a skin/fungal condition, or they don't realize their toes are nasty. Pedicures are pretty easy! :)

I think we all do things that we shouldn't. I personally do not have the best toes but I love flip flops. So I wear them anyway and dare anyone to say anything negative about my toes.

People who are unconcerned with having nasty toes are hardly going to care who sees them...hence the flip flops.

in addition, they have nasty heels so the whole foot looks disgusting in flip flops.

Because they obviously don't care if you like their feet, and they think flip-flops are comfortable.

because they can? It's like asking why do overweight people wear shorts. Do they deserve to be uncomfortable because you don't like it. Try not too look at people's feet if it bothers you so much not everyone can afford pedicures.
