You're not doing your research well. If you watched the first episode of Season 3, which they have shown more than once it says he lives on the top floor. You can also find that information on A&E episode guide. Of course, to get to that floor in the elevator you need a special key (as with any other hotel).

He lives in the Presidential Suite in the Luxor.

Criss Angel does not live in the Luxor, he just works there.

Yeah I heard about alot people saw angel in the luxor. I want to see it too badly. I am surprised that angel alway stay in the luxor.
