so what states sell good fireworks like ones that actually fly or explode.?

There are a few that sell those things in Pahrump, Nevada. Phantom is on of the ones I can remember off the top of my head. They make you sign a release that says something like you will not set them off in the state of Nevada. Every year many Las Vegas residents drive the hour drive to Pahrump to get their fireworks. The NHP likes to pull them over and confiscate them! hahah Here is a link to their page:

I know the Indian Reservations here in the Las Vegas area sell fireworks as well.

TX. Just be sure you don't drive into a county with anti fireworks laws. Sometimes the police wait just outside the county line. And we've got stuff way better than bottle rockets and roman candles!

All I can tell you is that North Carolina does NOT have thouse types of fireworks, but Tennessee does sell thouse types. I can't help you out for any other states though.

look for a store that is called Big Daddy's Fireworks they have all kinds of them.I know that they are in Tennessee but I am not sure about other states

Missouri sells most types, no M80s or Cherry bombs though.

I seem to recall that selling begins on June 20th each year.

WI does, SD does not. IN does but they are "out of state" fireworks.

Well you could try Virginia or if you go to Mexico they definitely sell them and a lot of them.
