Most likely, your baby's head has lowered into your pelvis to prepare for his/her upcoming birth! I felt a lot of extra pressure in my pelvis the last month of my pregnancy. However, I would ask your doctor just to be on the safe side, because there is no such thing as too safe when it comes to you and your babies health. Best of luck!

This happens when the baby "engages" into your pelvis. It is pretty painful, I can't put on my pants unless I hold on to something! It feels like a bowling ball is pressed into my pelvic bone. Nothing really helps except for delivery.. but it won't be too much longer for you now!
Best of luck & congratulations!!

Sounds like the baby has descended into your pelvis, but probably a little bit of both, your doctor can check out and see if you are dilating or not though.

Your pelvis is jsut preparing for delivery. It isn't going to be comfortable. There is a constant pressure there because the baby should be turning or has already turned. Your body is just preparing for labor it is normal. You should do lots of walking so that labor will be easier for you. Good Luck

I am 33 weeks along and asked a similar question and I was told that it might be the babies head getting into position. I hope you have an easy 5 more weeks. Good luck and congrats!!

sounds like the babies head is pointing down and is trying to escape you might be having minor labor pains... You will be ok.. take long walks that will help shift the baby..

I remember that feeling when I was pregnant. I think that your baby's head is down, but have your doctor make sure thats what it is.

Your stomach is getting bigger and your hips arent completely equipped for that. yes they do get bigger during puberty but the size between your hips may not be big enough for the baby
