Depending upon the type of UTI you have (which a dr. will easily be able to diagnos) you could use cranberry juice and lots of water but you should see a dr. Infections while pregnant need to be taken care of and you could need antibiotics.
The primary complication of bacteriuria in pregnancy is cystitis, although overt pyelonephritis can occur in 25-30% of cases. Septic shock, respiratory failure, and death are reported. Hypoxic fetal events can occur because of maternal complications that lead to hypoperfusion of the placenta (eg, hypotension due to dehydration or septic shock, maternal anemia, maternal hypoxemia).

Pregnant woman and urinary tract infection dont go together! Above that "home remedies" Please note that an infection in the urinary tract can spread. No home remedy is an guarantee that the infection will go away. Please seek medical advice. In this condition it is better that a doc takes a look rather taking it easy.

Quit fooling around and go to dr. When you are preggies and have a UTI, you may be infected with a bacteria called Group B Beta Strep. It must be treated with an antibiotic. This germ can cause you to lose your pregnancy/or cause birth defects. A simple urine culture is all it takes. Best wishes and congrats an the new blessing!

it's an infection. and you're pregnant. your body should be completely healthy (unless you have a cold or something) you need to go to the doctor and get that treated. they'll put you on an antibiotic that is safe for your baby. you need to get that treated asap. to keep a uti away, drink plenty of water and have a glass of cranberry juice once a day. the thing with uti's is that once you've had them, you're more prone to getting them again. it's a pain. best of luck

you can try to flush your system with water and cranberry juics, but if it does not clear up in a few days see your dr, an untreated UTI can lead to premature delivery!
