Mo Almond is one of those players who is sliding down the draft because of several factors. First, he played at Rice in the CUSA, which is not much of a strong promoter of future NBA talent at this point. Second, in a draft full of athletic bigs, he's a scoring guard. This draft is favoring bigs and athletic points, not shooters. So, Almond and Alando Tucker from Wisconsin, who in normal years would be lottery picks, are going to be in the 20's. And it could be to their benefit, as they might end up on teams which can develop them and make them into solid pros.

who ever takes Almond is going to get a great player and possibly the steal of the draft, he is a awesome scorer and hopefully a really good team like the Suns, Spurs or Dallas doesn't get him or look out. He should be on a lot of teams radars and I think that a team will trade into the first round and snag him in the late teens to early twenties.

Morris Almond is an assassin! Who cares if he isn't that athletic, neither is Michael Redd. I hope the Sixers draft him
