I have a lot of acne on my back and really don't like having other people see it. However, it's summer now, and a lot of socializing involves pools, plus I'm going on a cruise. Can I wear a rash guard (one of those wet suit shirt things) when I go in the pool and all that or will that be really weird?

Sure you can, it won't look weird at all. You can also wear a normal T-shirt. I do all the time!

Do it. Or wear just an old t-shirt. Good protection from the sun as well.
