You could use a white top like she has on in the picture. Brown might make the outfit pop. White or yellow heels. If you wore a brown top, brown heels would go. A white sweater. An updo. Or ponytail. Or you could do a white tank top with a yellow cropped jacket and a white or brown necklace. If you don't do the cropped jacket than a yellow necklace would go. I think one of those big brown beaded, like wooden necklaces and braclets would go. I think this look is going to be amazing. A brown gloss would go great too.

Hmm... With a skirt like that which has lots of floral and color on it I would suggest a shirt, tank top or t-shirt, preferably white or a pale blue, green, gray, etc that is loose and comfortable (however, do not wear one that is oversized because it will take away the whole balance of the outfit. Finish it off with light colored sandals or flats preferably in the same color as the shirt.

Aww. thats really cute..i would wear a top like the one the lady in the picture is wearing..a white one. It will make the design on the skirt, POP. and that is exactly what you would like it to do..you could also make it work with a black top..but i would definitly chose a white one, or ivory as my first choice.

Wear a white T to dress it down with sandals or wear a white silk Shell to dress it up with heels....great skirt BTW.

i would suggest a cute semi loose white tshirt.
if you want to dress it up, a nice polo or collored white shirt from ralph lauren

Try a breezy cotton button down in light volumes, maybe a little in the sleaves. But, don't use alot of color or it will look trashy
