Not as much as when I have an itch and I go to scratch it and it seems to go deeper till it's like almost in the muscle and I can't reach it but it still itches!

Don't scratch! You don't want to leave scratch marks on your body. Just get in to the bathroom and give yourself a hot shower. Trust me, it's going to be a new round of pleasure!
