I have implanon in my arm and have trouble with irregular bleeding and stuff so doc put me on the pill for a while but didn't say how long to keep on it for and so i've just kept taking for an age now, and was just wondering if there is anything bad that could happen due to high amounts of hormones or whatever. should i stop taking the pill and see what happens?? any thoughts appreicated

My friend did the same thing, the pill will eventually start to help with the regularoty but I know the Implanon that was put in her arm made her put on like 95 lbs. Just be careful and give the pill about 2-3 months for it to take effect.

Having the implant and the pill??? That's crazy. DId you tell the doctor you had the implant? You should have gotten that taken out first then start the pill. You need to go back to the doctor.

Try letting me know what pill you are using and I will look it up, you can do that too. It might be that you are taking too much but your doctor should be aware of this problem too, why not call him or her and ask?
