Wow, I answered this on another one you posted. First, you can't sleep sitting at the computer. You need to relax, people all over the world deal with heat with no air. Although it may be hard for you, drink some water, turn on RELAXING music or talk radio (softly) and go to bed. You will be okay, open your windows and enjoy the night sounds.

We don't switch on our AC until late summer when the temps hit the 100s and the night time temp won't cool down.

One thing that might help, is to buy a couple of box fans (under $10 each). In the early morning while the temps are still cool (under 70 degrees), open up the entire house and let the box fans pull the air through the house. You do this by facing one fan indoors on one side of the house, and on the opposite side of the house, face the other fan to go outdoors. Get the house cooled down, then button it up for the day.
I also use bamboo shades on the outside of my west facing windows to completely block the sun from entering my home. Our place gets no warmer than 76 during the day using these tips.
At night, we run a box fan in our bedroom. The air moving around the room has the effect of lowering air temperature by 8 degrees.

buy an air conditioner. They are pretty cheap roughly the cost of a few plants (this is the landscaping section) I saw some at Home Depot today for $80-90

Try a cold wash cloth on your head. Drink some lemon-ade. Do some relaxation yoga to take your mind off the heat.
