Only if he runs to third base instead of first.
The concept of "dragging" the ball is pulling it with you as you go down the baseline to first base. As a right hander is on the other side of the plate they cannot "drag" the ball with them. It is properly called a "push" bunt.

A drag bunt is simply a bunt for a base hit and it makes no difference if it is down the first or third base line. A sacrafice bunt is a bunt to move a runner over. There is also a another kind of bunt known as a "slash" which is where the hitter goes into a sac bunt motion but then pulls the bat back and swings fully for a hit.

Yes. A drag bunt is defined by the batter being in motion while contacting the ball. It of course is tougher for a righty and he has a better chance of success if the pitch is outside. A drag bunt can also be placed down the third base line, it does not necessarily need to go toward first.

I change hit in HS Softball. i don't think of it makes as large a distinction because it does in baseball, given which you are able to %. up the pitch earlier the pitcher winds, whether this is a psychological benefit. maximum pitchers do not prefer to pitch to opposite hitters. additionally, in the adventure that your quickly and a sturdy bunter your quite a few steps closer to first base. in the adventure that your finding at any recreation as a track to college each time your greater versitable than the guy your competing against it is going to be an benefit for you. wish this facilitates.

Well yea but it would be pretty hard. When you do a drag or a slap bunt you should do it lefty.
