Yes. Reward or no reward. If he was a bad man, I'd want him off the streets.

I wouldn't turn him in for the reward I would turn him in because he obviously did something horribly wrong and shouldn't be walking around the streets

No, it just depends on what he did(not for a reward). If he murdered, i would sadly turn him in, but only because of the lost lives.

not for the reward but for the sanity of if he did something so wrong the fbi wants him he deserves to be there.
