IMDB shows no movie in process or announced with any link to the XMen Franchise.
This, of course, doesn't mean that there will NOT be one. It just means that one has not officially been announced as yet.

In an interview with MovieWeb, James Marsden danced around the topic of whether or not a fourth X-Men movie by saying the following:
"Yeah, I think this is going to be - no, no, I, um - I have no idea. I don't think that they're doing a Cyclops spin-off, but, if they're doing a 4th one, I don't know, I doubt it. I think they're just going forward with the Wolverine spin-off, I think with Hugh (Jackman)."
Marsden also mentioned that he hasn't ruled out reprising the role of Cyclops in spin-off movies like Wolverine, if there were a role for him.

THERE HAS BEEN TALKS OF A PART 4 BUT NOT IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I HEARD THAT IF THERE IS THAT ITS GOING TO FOCUS ON THE YOUNGER X-MEN SUCH AS ROGUE, ICEMAN, KITTY, ETC....
