It would be a little more than 37 gallons US or 31 gallons UK.

Density of water is 1 mL per cubic centimeter. 24*12*30 is 2'*1'*2.5', or 5 cubic feet. 2.54 centimeters to an inch. That's 141,584 cubic centimeters. That's 141.584 liters. 3.79 liters to a gallon makes 37 gallons!
