That varies by area. Cities have their own ordinances which trump counties, and counties trump state. Around where I live it's 10pm.

That depends on the place where you live. Some places are earlier, later and some don't have any at all. Some minors have curfews because they got arrested but for every one else that didn't, they probably don't have a curfew except from their parents. There are many factors for the curfew time for minors.

It dends on the law of your city/town mostly as far as I know but you can always make your own childrens curfew as early as you want

It's 10 here in Prattville AL if you're under 18, but I think it's different for different cities and states.
