I had my chocolate phone for Verizon wireless for about a week and have used the vibrate function a lot especially when I am at work. However today I noticed that when I turn my power button on or off on the cell phone, the phone no longer vibrates. I even made sure the the ringer is on vibrate mode.

When I get a incoming call, the cell phone flashes and tells me who is calling but again no vibration from the cell phone. What do you think is this a software or phone issue ? The vibration feature worked fine when I first purchased the phone but now it is not working at all. Do you think I should return it to Verizon and get another replacement. Any suggestions ?

the only thing to do is to take it to a service center and get it swapped out, unless you want to buy a completely new phone which is never less than $100
